套袋对苹果微域环境及品质的影响

摘要

In this paper, the author studied the influence of microenvironment in bags for bagging Red Fuji apple and their effects on the fruit quality. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the changes of temperature and humidity in the bags. On the sunny day, the highest temperature appeared from 14:00 to 15:00, while the lowest at 6:00 to 7:00. On a cloudy day, the highest temperature appeared at 13:00 and the lowest at about 8:00. Bagging had obvious effects on fruit quality, and it had better effects in improving fruit appearance quality, and declined the internal quality.%本文研究了套袋对苹果果袋内温度、湿度以及果实品质的影响。结果表明：果袋内温度和湿度的日变化呈负相关；晴天条件下，一天中最高温度出现在14：00~15：00时，最低温度出现在6：00~7：00时；阴天条件下，一天中最高温度出现在13：00左右，最低温度出现在8时左右。套袋对果实的外观品质具有重要的影响，套袋果实的外观品质明显优于对照组不套袋果实，而内在品质不如对照组。
