鄞州区芥菜加工产业现状及发展趋势

摘要

The status of mustard processing industry in Yinzhou district was reviewed. The problems existing in the mushroom research field was analyzed. Based on this, we proposed appropriate measures and recommendations of sustainable development of mustard processing industry.%本文综述了宁波市鄞州区加工芥菜产业的现状，分析了目前该领域存在的问题，在此基础上，提出了芥菜加工产业保持可持续发展的措施及建议。
