石榴化学成分及生理活性研究进展

摘要

近年来，石榴功能性成分的开发成为石榴研究的热点。本文分析了石榴的基本化学成分及其抗氧化、止泻、降血糖等生理功能，以期为石榴的进一步开发研究提供理论支持。%As a historically popular fruit, pomegranate has always been the scholars' subject research in various fields. In this paper, the basic chemical constituents of pomegranate and its antioxidation, antidiarrheal and hypoglycemic effect and other physiological functions were summarized.
