利用六西格玛方法对造型线进行升级改造

摘要

For the situation of static pressure molding line's low operation efficiency, this paper uses Six Sigma DMAIC tool to confirm the possible factors that impact the molding line's efficiency and makes use of C&E matrix and FMEA to analyze all the factors, then determines the key factors and makes the corresponding technical transformation. Eventually, it improves the operation efficiency of the molding line to reasonable level and provides a new way for solving equipment problems.%针对某公司静压造型线运转效率较低的情况,利用六西格玛方法中的DMAIC工具对可能影响造型线运转效率的因子进行统计确认,并对所有的因子进行C&E矩阵及FMEA分析后,最终确定影响造型线运转效率的关键因子并进行相应的技术改造,最终将该造型线的运转效率提升到合理水平,为解决设备问题提供了一种新的途径.
