实木家具断料工序工时分析

摘要

The authors of this article observe the cutting process of solid wood furniture material,record the time-consuming of each action during the cutting process,and analyze the influence factors on the cutting efficiency.It is found that the quality of the sawn timber and the quality of operator have a great influence on the breaking time.Especially the behaviors of artificial operation have a lot to improve.The average cutting time can be shortened by10.15％ by optinizing the process actions and improving the equipment.%对实木家具断料加工进行观测,记录断料工序各加工动作的耗时情况,并对影响断料效率的因素进行分析,发现锯材质量和操作者的素质对断料时间有很大影响,其中人工作业动作有较大的改进空间.通过对加工动作的优化和加工设备的改良,平均断料加工时间缩短了10.15％.
