It provides a useful reference for the domestic initial furniture design company and the furniture enterprise in the project management. Starting from the operation mode of the movie industry, combing the Hollywood film production management model, combining with the furniture design project, the status of the domestic furniture design company project management are analyzed. The film production process management system of "producer center" is extracted, and the problems existed in the project management of domestic furniture design company are found out.
