粘合薄木与玻璃用胶黏剂的研究

         

摘要

UV light curable adhesive is a kind of adhesive which can be quickly cured by UV irradiation. The utility model has the advantages of fast curing rate, curing at room temperature, no pollution, easy operation, low energy consumption, etc.. This experiment selected polyurethane acrylate as prepolymer, benzoin ethyl ether as photoinitiator, isooctyl acrylate as reactive diluent, the uvV curing adhesive was prepared by these materials. Experimental results show that the adhesive can bond thin wood with glass. The study showed that under uvV lamp, the curing time was between 3 s and 7 s, and the curing time was between 15 min and 25 min, and the dosage of acrylic isocyanate was between 20% and 25% of the quality score, and the adhesive performance was the best.%紫外光固化胶黏剂是通过光引发剂在紫外光照射下就可以快速固化的一类胶黏剂.优点是固化速率快、室温下可固化、无污染、易操作及能耗少等.实验选用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯作为预聚体,安息香乙醚作为光引发剂,丙烯酸异辛酯作为活性稀释剂,制备紫外光固化胶黏剂,实验证明该胶黏剂可以较好地粘接薄木与玻璃.研究表明:紫外灯下固化时间在3~7 s之间,阳光下固化时间在15~25 min之间,丙烯酸异辛酯用量在质量分数20%~25%之间,胶黏剂性能最佳.
