常温常压下醇类溶剂对毛竹的渗透性研究

         

摘要

Methanol,ethanol,n-propyl,isopropanol and butanol were used to investigate the effect of different physical properties of alcoholic solvents on permeability of moso bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis) strip at atmospheric pressure and temperature (NPT).With the volume and molar mass of permeated liquid of per unit volume of bamboo as assessment indexes,the liquid permeability of bamboo was evaluated and the results indicated that the permeation quantity of liquid in bamboo reached 90 % within first 48 hours of the testing.While the length of molecular chain increases,the number of molecular that could penetrate most bamboo decreases.The permeation quantity of liquid in bamboo increases as the polarity of liquid increases.The reciprocal of the viscosity coefficient is proportional to the volume of permeated liquid of per unit volume and the flow of alcoholic solvents in bamboo conforms to viscous flow or linear laminar flow.%为了探究有机溶剂的物理性质对竹材常压渗透性的影响,选用5种醇类溶剂——甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇和丁醇对毛竹(Phyllostachys edulis)竹条进行常温常压渗透,以单位体积竹材中渗透液体的体积(体积渗透量)和物质的量(摩尔渗透量)作为评价指标,研究结果表明:醇类对竹材的常压渗透48 h内可完成200 h渗透量的90%以上;醇类分子链长度增加时,溶剂渗入竹材的分子数量减少;液体的渗透量随着醇类极性的增强而增加;液体黏度的倒数与溶剂在竹材中的体积渗透量成正比;醇类在竹材中的流动符合黏性流或线性层流.
