重组装饰材高频热压工艺的研究

         

摘要

以阿尤斯(非洲白木,Ayous)旋切单板为原材料,采用正交试验设计方法,探究了单板含水率、施胶量、热压压力、热压时间等主要因子对重组装饰材理化性能的影响.结果表明:适宜重组装饰材制造的高频热压工艺参数为:单板含水率12%,施胶量350 g/m2,热压压力1.2 MPa,热压时间28s/mm,调换时间点为2/3热压总时间.此工艺条件下可一次加工成型2个重组装饰材,其理化性能均能满足相关国家标准要求,大大缩短了重组装饰材的热压时间,提高了生产效率;通过在板坯外包裹聚乙烯薄膜以调节板坯含水率,可去除养生工序,提高生产效率.%The influence of the main factors on physical and chemical properties of reconstituted decorative lumber was explored by the orthogonal experiment,which use ayous (Triplochiton) as the raw material.With that,the appropriate process parameters of high-frequency hot-pressing was determined that was 12% board moisture content,350 g/m2 application of glue,1.2 MPa hot pressing pressure,28 s/mm hot pressing time,and the swap time point with 2/3 of the total hot pressing time.The results show that not only two lumbers could be molded every time,and their properties meet the national standards under the condition of this process,which reducing the pressing time greatly.Meanwhile,the moisture content would be adjusted by wrapping in polyethylene films outside the slab,which could remove the conditioning process and improve the production efficiency.
