丙烯酸水性漆的涂饰工艺及其对漆膜性能的影响

         

摘要

以樟子松为基材,采用丙烯酸水性底漆和面漆对其进行涂饰,研究了木材粗糙度及底、面漆的涂布量对漆膜的附着力、硬度、耐热以及耐水性能的影响.研究认为,木材的表面粗糙度对漆膜附着力有较大的影响,而底面漆的涂布量对漆膜的附着力、漆膜硬度、耐热性及耐水性影响较小.综合各方面因素,得出了最佳涂饰工艺:底漆与底漆、面漆与底漆、面漆与面漆之间均用600目的砂纸进行打磨,采用两底两面的涂饰方法.此时,木材的表面粗糙度Ra为2.19 μm,最终漆膜硬度为HB,附着力、耐热、耐水性均高达1级.%Taking the Pinus sylvestris as the base material,and coating it with acrylic acid water-based primer and finish,authors of this paper mainly studied the impact of surface roughness and coating amount on adhesion,hardness,heat resistance and water resistance.The results showed that wood surface roughness had a major effect on the adhesion force of the film;however the coating amount had little effect on the adhesion force,film hardness,thermal and water resistance.Taking all factors,the best finishing processes were obtained:coated with primer and primer,paint and primer,paint and top coat,and polished with 600 mesh sand paper between them.On this condition,the wood surface roughness was 2.19 μm,and the hardness was HB,and the adhesion force,heat-resistant and water-resistant were also up to level 1.
