白内障手术后单纯性孔源性视网膜脱离手术治疗的效果分析

摘要

目的：分析白内障手术后单纯性孔源性视网膜脱离手术治疗的效果。方法选自该院收治的白内障手术后单纯性孔源性视网膜脱离患者94例，随机分为两组，对照组予以巩膜扣带术，研究组予以玻璃体切割术，对比两种手术治疗的有效性与安全性。结果两组视网膜初次复位率无明显差异，但研究组视网膜最终复位率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后的黄斑前膜、脉络膜脱离、黄斑囊样水肿、复视、眼外肌运动功能障碍等并发症发生率明显高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论相较于巩膜扣带术，白内障手术后单纯性孔源性视网膜脱离患者应用玻璃体切割术治疗具有更高复位率，且复视、眼外肌运动功能障碍等并发症发生率较低。%Objective To analyze the effect of surgical treatment for simple rhegmatogenous retinal detachment after cataract surgery. Methods 94 cases with simple rhegmatogenous retinal detachment after cataract surgery admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated by scleral buckling, and the study group were treated by vitrectomy. And the efficacy and safety of the two surgical methods were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the initial retinal reattachment rate between the two groups, however, the final retinal reattachment rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of macular epiretinal membrane, choroidal detachment, cystoid macular edema, diplopia, and extraocular muscle movement dysfunction in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group, respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with simple rhegmatogenous retinal detachment after cataract surgery, vitrectomy has higher retinal reattachment rate and lower incidence of diplopia, extraocular muscle movement dysfunction and other complications compared with scleral buckling.
