Objective To investigate the effect of combined gonadotropin releasing hormone therapy after laparoscopic con-servative surgery in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods Convenient selection endometriosis patients admitted to our hospital as the research object, a total of 60 cases, time of patients admitted in April 2013 to April 2015, randomly selected red basketball grouping, divided into the experimental group and control group, each 30 cases in each, laparoscopic conser-vative surgery were adopted in the control group, the experimental group take laparoscopic conservative surgery combined with promoting gonadotropin releasing hormone therapy. Results Experimental group of subjective symptom scores for (47.66 ± 10.08) points, the control group of subjective symptom scores for (64.32 ± 10.07) points (P< 0.05), the differences be-tween the two groups has statistical significance; in the experimental group, the recurrence rate, pain rate and clinical preg-nancy rate were 3.33%, 10.00% and 23.33%, recurrence rate of the control group, the rates of pain and clinical pregnancy rate respectively 23.33%, 53.33%and 26.67%, recurrence rate of the two groups, the incidence rate of pain was statistically significant (P<0.05), the clinical pregnancy rate had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic conser-vative surgery combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone in the treatment of endometriosis significantly, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, relieve the pain of patients, but can not improve the pregnancy rate.%目的：分析探讨腹腔镜保守性手术后联合促性腺激素释放激素治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法方便选择该院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者作为该次研究的对象，共60例，患者的收治时间在2013年4月-2015年4月期间，随机抽取红篮球进行分组，分成实验组和对照组，每组各30例，对照组采取腹腔镜保守性手术，实验组采取腹腔镜保守性手术后联合促性腺激素释放激素治疗。结果实验组的主观症状评分为(47.66±10.08)分，对照组的主观症状评分为(64.32±10.07)分(P<0.05)，两组的差异具有统计学意义；实验组的复发率、疼痛率及临床妊娠率分别为3.33%、10.00%及23.33%，对照组的复发率、疼痛率及临床妊娠率分别为23.33%、53.33%及26.67%，两组的复发率、疼痛率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，临床妊娠率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜保守性手术后联合促性腺激素释放激素治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效显著，能改善患者的临床症状，缓解患者的疼痛症状，但不能提高妊娠率。
