儿童早期表达性语言障碍的临床干预研究

摘要

Objective To explore the comprehensive intervention on therapeutic effect of expressive language barriers in early childhood. Methods Convenient selection our hospital from January 2012 to January 2012 in 80 patients treated early expressive language barrier child, each 40 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the obser-vation group children comprehensive treatment, the control line general intervention treatment, observation of two groups of children in different interventions after total effective rate and DQ comparison, analysis and compare the results. Results The total effective rate, observation group 100% and control group 90% with significant difference, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion Cmprehensive intervention on children early expressive language barrier, can effectively improve children's language expression ability, improve the clinical curative effect, stable children's emotions, so this method is worth popularizing in clinic.%目的：探究综合性干预对儿童早期表达性语言障碍的治疗效果。方法该研究方便选取该院在2012年1月—2016年1月收治的80例早期表达性语言障碍儿童，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对观察组儿童行综合性治疗，对照组行一般性干预治疗，观察两组儿童在采用不同干预措施后总有效率和DQ比较，并将所得结果进行对比分析研究。结果在总有效率方面，观察组(100%)和对照组(90%)具有显著差异，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早期表达性语言障碍儿童进行综合性干预，能有效改善儿童语言表达能力，提高临床疗效、稳定儿童情绪，因此该方法值得在临床上推广和使用。
