不同饲料对乌苏里拟鲿仔鱼生长及饲料利用率的影响

An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effect of different diets on growth ,feed utilization of Pseudobagrus ussuriensis fingerlings.Four diets containing live tubificid worms,dried daphnia meal,yellow catfish diet and artificial diet were formulated. The results showed that weight gain and specific growth rate of fish fed artificial diet were significantly higher than those fish fed live tubificid worms and dried daphnia meal (P < 0.05),while there were no significant difference compared with fish fed yellow catfish diet (P > 0.05).The survival rate of fish fed artificial diet was significantly higher than others,and which was 96.67%.Feed conversion ratio of fish fed artificial diet was lower than that of the fish fed live tubificid worms and dried daphnia meal (P < 0.05),but no significant difference was observed among the fish fed artificial diet and yellow catfish diet (P > 0.05).From the above,the artificial diet was optimal for growth and feed utilization of Pseudobagrus ussuriensis fingerlings.%本试验分别采用水丝蚓（Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri）、水蚤干粉、黄颡料和人工配合饲料饲养乌苏里拟鲿仔鱼60 d，研究不同饲料对乌苏里拟鲿仔鱼摄食、生长及饲料利用率的影响。结果表明：采用人工配合饲料饲喂的乌苏里拟鲿仔鱼的增重率显著高于水丝蚓组和水蚤干粉组（P<0.05），与黄颡料组比较差异不显著（P>0.05），人工配合饲料的存活率为96.67%，明显高于其他试验组。饲喂人工配合饲料的乌苏里拟鲿仔鱼饲料系数显著低于水丝蚓组和水蚤干粉组（P<0.05），但与黄颡料组比较差异不显著（P>0.05）。综上所述，采用人工配合饲料饲喂乌苏里拟鲿仔鱼，能获得最佳的生长速度和较好的饲料利用率。
