大倾角超长度综采顺拉工作面关键技术研究与实践

         

摘要

随着矿井连续多年高位运转,开采深度逐年增加,生产系统环节渐多,水文地质条件日益复杂,采场生产能力逐渐变小,导致矿井采掘接替紧张.如何提高工作面单产、降低巷道掘进率已经成为缓解矿井采掘接替紧张的关键问题之一.以陈四楼煤矿21011综采顺拉工作面回采为例,针对该工作面布置、巷道掘进及回采过程中遇到的技术难题,研究了如何通过优化设备布置、支护设计及回采工艺等方式达到双工作面安全快速回采的目的,从而提高工作面单产,降低万吨煤掘进率,减少工作面搬家倒面的次数,进而解决采掘接替紧张的问题.该研究成果在保证工作面安全高效回采的同时积累了大量顺拉工作面回采实践经验,对类似条件下综采顺拉工作面回采具有借鉴意义.%As mine continuous high operation for many years,the mining depth increases year by year,production system link was growing,increasingly complex hydrogeological conditions,stope production capacity became smaller and the influencing factors,and lead to coal mining to replace tension,it was one of the key problems to relieve the tension of mining and extraction.By Chensilou Coal Mine fully-mechanized shun pull 21011 mining face as an example,aiming at the working face layout,technical problems encountered in the process of drivage and extraction of,studied how to through the optimization of equipment layout,supporting design and stoping technology to achieve the purpose of double face stoping safely and quickly,thus improve the yield of coal face,decrease the rate of ten thousand tons of coal excavation,decrease the times of working face move down below and then solve the problem of mining to replace tension.The results of this study have accumulated a lot of practical experience in the recovery of the safety and efficiency of the working face,which can be used for reference in the recovery of the mechanized mining face in similar conditions.
