高校数字化教学资源共享的困境分析与化解策略*--基于博弈论的视角

         

摘要

数字资源建设是推动高校教育信息化发展的基础,而版权保护是保证数字资源建设可持续发展的前提。该研究基于博弈论的视角,在厘清数字资源版权保护相关问题的基础上,分别对作为版权人的教师个体和高校机构参与资源共享时出现的博弈困境进行分析,提出建立本土化的CC协议制度与资源强制存储共享激励机制,推行教育管理部门的资金及政策干预措施,有效破解校际间的数字资源共享难题。%Digital resources construction is the foundation of promoting the development in higher educational information, and the copyright protection is the premise of ensuring the sustainable development of the digital resources . Based on the perspective of game theory and clariifed the issues related to copyright protection of digital resources, this paper analyzes the game appearing to participate in sharing resources. The game player include individual teachers and institution of higher education. At the same time, this piece points out the strategies of different game dilemma. We believe Creative Commons and compulsory storage resources incentive mechanism is conducive to resolving the teacher individual digital teaching resources sharing dilemma, and education administrative department of the third party push force can effectively alleviate the plight of resource sharing between higher education.
