基于HIS系统特殊药品管理程序开发与应用

摘要

Objective:To develop a management system of Narcotic Drugs based on HIS, and strengthen the management of Narcotic Drugs using Computer Technology. Methods:Narcotic drug management system using C/ S architecture, the server-side using HIS system database, the Client-side using visual languages PB to develop, the software had friendly interface and was convenient and practical, front-end operating system was Windows. Results:The system was fully consistent with the relevant provisions of the special drug administration, and successfully embedded in Military Medical System. The current system is operating normally. Conclusion:The system was simple and easy to understand and improved the efficiency, and the Narcotic drug management system also could effectively monitor the drugs ' quantity and location in real time.%目的:基于医院HIS系统设计开发特殊药品管理系统,利用计算机技术加强特殊药品的管理.方法:特殊药品管理系统结构采用C/S体系结构,服务器端HIS系统数据库,客户端采用PB可视化语言开发,软件界面友好、方便实用,前端操作系统为Windows.结果:该系统完全符合毒麻药品、精神药品管理相关规定,并成功嵌入军卫一号系统,目前运行正常.结论:该系统操作简单易懂,能有效提高工作效率,实时有效监控毒麻药品流向,做到"一针、一片知流向".
