中国疾病预防控制信息体系规划与发展

摘要

Disease prevention and control of information system construction in China has made some achievements.but also facing the challenges and opportunities in the development, planning needs from various aspects, clear development ideas. Using business analysis and SWOT analysis method in this article, analysis of disease prevention and control information system in our country construction planning and development. Basic principtes of disease prevention and control of information can be summarized as: sensitive information of direct network report; unified collection,distributed use; regular monitoring, classification menagement code for standards, information sharing Business logic can be adopted a unified information glatfor m construction, system of physical distribution patterns.%目的:分析得出我国疾病预防控制信息体系的建设规划与发展思路.方法:业务分析方法和SWOT分析法.结果:我国的疾病预防控制信息体系建设已取得了一定成绩,但在发展中还面临挑战和机遇,为此需要从多方面做出规划,明确发展思路.结论:疾病预防控制信息化的基本原则可概括为:敏感信息网络直报;统一采集、分散使用;常规监测、分级管理;规范标准、信息共享.信息平台的建设可采用业务逻辑统一、系统物理分布的模式.
