'十二五'上海卫生信息化展望

摘要

结合"十一五"上海市卫生信息化建设实际和实施新医改方案的影响与要求,从三个方面展望了"十二五"上海卫生信息化发展重点;着重探讨了健康档案、临床信息系统建设、数字认证等信息技术在未来卫生信息化领域的变化.%Combining with the construction reality of Shanghai health informatization in "11th Five-year Plan" and the influence as well as the requirements of new medical reform scheme after carried out, it looks forward the development priority of Shanghai health informatization in "12th Five-year Plan" from three aspects; besides, it discusses the variation of information technologies, namely, health record, clinical information system construction, and digital certificate, in future health informatization field.
