为实现医院各系统间及与各种集成平台和外部系统间的松耦合、高可靠、低成本的快速集成，提出一种基于HL7 V3标准可扩展的集成方法—通过对各集成要素及标准协议XML模板映射转换的可配置化，使临床系统具有高度可扩展的集成能力。此方法已成应用于国内某大型三甲医院临床系统与集成平台的集成，为实现医院系统高效可靠的集成，增强临床信息系统适应性，对集成改造提供一定的参考借鉴意义。% In order to realize fast integration with loosely coupled, highly reliable and low-cost between the various systems of the hospital, between integration platform and external systems, this paper puts forward a scalable integration approach based on IHE HL7 V3 standard. Through standards-based protocols of XML template mapping translations can be configured and the integrated elements can be configured, the Clinical system has highly scalable integration capabilities. This method has been successfully applied to a top three hospital in integration between clinical systems and integration platform. The HL7 V3 standard for systems integration provides a basis, according to the standard hospital clinical operations closely linked. And the standard also provides some references and referential significance to achieve Efficient and reliable integration of the hospital system, to enhance the adaptability of the clinical information system and faced with integrated transformation.
