ISO15189体系文件管理系统的设计与实现

摘要

In order to solve the problems existed in the present clinical laboratory ISO15189 system-file paper-based and manual management, combined with the actual demand of the management, this paper presents how to use the software technology to realize the design and implementation of ISO15189 system-file information management from the major aspects of process, document format, preservation, authorization, learning and assessment, management, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the level of medical laboratory quality management.%为解决目前实验室ISO15189体系文件人工及纸质化管理存在的不足，结合实际管理需求，提出利用软件技术从流程、文档格式、保存方式、授权、学习及考核、管理等主要方面如何实现设计及实现ISO15189体系文件信息化管理，从而达到医疗单位实验室质量管理水平提高的目的。
