手机APP在数字化门诊护理工作中的应用与效果评价

         

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of phone APP for outpatient nursing service as a digital hospital outpatient tool and its effect in improving the process of the outpatient service. Methods: Based on a smart phone, a hospital phone APP information platform was built, by which the patients can make an appointment, waiting queue, hospital guide services, mobile payment, query of the inspection reports, the clinical records and the introduction of experts using smart phones anywhere at any time, and use any incomplete or fragmentary time anywhere to get health information. The effect of it in improving the process of the outpatient service was evaluated through the way of questionnaire. We get statistical significance from the difference of saving the nurse manpower cost. Results: The patients can carry out outpatient service process such as making an appointment, waiting queue, hospital guide services, query results smoothly without queuing by the hospital phone APP. They can also save much more time and are with higher satisfaction in this process compared with the traditional way. Conclusion: the application of phone APP can improve the outpatient service process, provide patients with a more efficient, convenient and time-saving digital outpatient medical services, increase the satisfaction of patients in hospital outpatient service work, and reduce the nursing workload.%目的:评价手机APP作为医院门诊护理工作中数字化工具的可行性及改善门诊就医流程的效果。方法:依托智能手机建立医院手机APP信息平台,使患者利用智能手机随时随地进行预约挂号、候诊排队、导诊服务、手机支付、查取报告、看诊记录、专家介绍等功能,利用任何完整或零碎的时间获得健康信息,并通过调查问卷方式对其改善门诊就诊流程的效果进行评价。结果:患者通过医院手机APP可以无需排队顺利完成预约挂号、候诊、导诊、结果查询等门诊流程,与传统排队等候方式相比明显缩短了患者门诊就诊时间,门诊就诊护理满意度得到显著提高,节约护士人力成本方面差异有统计学意义。结论:手机APP在门诊的应用改善了患者就医流程,为患者提供了更加高效、便捷、省时的数字化门诊医疗服务,提高了患者对医院门诊工作的满意度,减少了护理工作量。
