卫生科技人才管理系统开发及应用

         

摘要

Objective: To facilitate training mechanism of innovative Medical Science and Technology Talent and build up a more scientific and rational system. Methods: Establish an evaluation system according to ones academic capability, position and clinical research experience. Developing the system by B/S architecture, PostgreSQL database, JavaEE technology. Results:In its application to regional medical administrative departments and their subordinate units, the system facilitated those authorities in their daily work and data management via integration of personnel data of medical talents. Conclusions:Comprehensive assessment of medical science and technology talents can be achieved by adopting this system, which is automatic, subjective and real-time. Assessment of talent management system based on this system, and inherited the automatic, objective and immediate advantage.%目的:为创新卫生科技人才培养管理机制、构建更为科学合理的科技人才体系。方法:从学术地位、临床科研、临床教学等指标建立评价体系,以B/S架构,PostgreSQL数据库,JavaEE技术开发系统。结果:应用于区域卫生行政部门及下属单位,统一管理卫生科技人才相关的数据,为主管部门的工作提供极大便利,也利于人才自身资料收集管理。结论:系统可以实现对人才的综合评估,有自动、客观、即时的优点。
