目的：为镇江市孕妇提供一个既方便又专业的胎心远程监测服务，提高对高危孕妇孕期胎儿监测效果。方法：依托镇江市妇幼保健院建立区域胎心云服务平台，由手机通过蓝牙来接受胎心设备监测数据，并通过4G/WIFI网络连接云中心实现远程胎心监测服务。结果：依托医院实体结合设备厂商、互联网公司进行基于互联网+的胎心云服务模式的设计与应用，进一步拓展了远程胎心服务在妇幼保健，特别是在孕期保健阶段的重要应用。结论：建设达到设计要求，应用满足孕妇家庭远程胎心监测服务需要。%With the development of Internet and the technology of Internet of things, in the fetal heart monitoring field has appeared in the production companies, Internet companies as the mainstay of the Internet fetal heart service, but the company can only provide Internet equipment themselves or Internet service, and the weakening of the fetal heart records is an important part of the pregnant women medical signs data, fetal heart monitoring service is a kind of medical services.
