基于医院等级评审标准的PACS系统优化与改造

摘要

目的：介绍东莞市妇幼保健院以医院等级评审标准为依据，对全院医学影像归档和通信系统进行升级改造，达到以患者为中心的核心管理理念，保护患者安全。方法：通过对PACS系统进行设备预约、危急值联动、检查过程质量评估及检查结果时间把控这四方面实现优化和改造。结果：有效减少患者等候时间，提高检查安全以及科室管理水平。结论：提高了医院医疗管理效率和质量，为通过医院等级评审奠定坚实基础。%Objective: This paper describes our hospital to hospital grade assessment criteria, the hospital medical image archiving and communications systems to upgrade to achieve patient-centered core management philosophy, to protect patient safety. Methods: The PACS system equipment reservation, critical value linkage, quality assessment and inspection process time to optimize the results of inspection and transformation control these four areas. Results: effectively reduce patient waiting time and improve safety and inspection department management. Conclusion: To improve the hospital medical management efficiency and quality, and laid a solid foundation for through the hospital grade assessment.
