目的:为DICOM图像生成元数据文件,并将DICOM图像与元数据文件传送到医疗大数据平台中保存归档。方法:使用开源软件dcm4che为DICOM图像生成元数据文件并传送到与医疗大数据平台同步的NAS(Network Attached Storage)中。结果:使用开源软件dcm4che解析DICOM图像生成元数据文件并且传送和管理这些文件,取得良好效果。结论:dcm4che能快速有效简洁的开发与构建一个分析传输模块,将DICOM图像准确无误的传输到与医疗大数据平台同步的NAS中。%Objective: The objective the present thesis is to generate metadata files for DICOM images, and transfer the DICOM images and the metadata files to a medical big data platform for storage. Methods: An open source software, dcm4che, is utilized to generate the metadata files for DICOM images and transfer the same to a Network Attached Storage (NAS) synchronized with the medical big data platform. Results: Good results are achieved by utilizing the open source software, dcm4che, to parse DICOM images to generate the metadata files and to transfer and manage these files. Conclusion: The use of the open source software dcm4che may rapidly and effectively develop and build an analysis transfer module for accurately transferring the DICOM images to the NAS synchronized with the medical big data platform.
