信息系统项目闭环管理体系的探讨及应用

Objective: Using the project closed loop management system standards hospital information construction. Methods: From project projected to project maintenance phase, specifications of each activity are detailed. Results: This project closed loop management system can make the user department actively participate in the information construction, reasonably control the project scope, implement project acceptance on time, and eventually make the user department satisfy with the hospital information construction. Conclusion: The project closed loop management system will change the status of the project acceptance out of sight, and make the hospital information construction can ensure the quality, and timely.%目的：运用项目闭环管理体系规范医院信息化建设。方法：从项目立项开始，到项目维护阶段，对其中每一项活动都进行详细规范。结果：此项目闭环管理体系提高使用科室参与信息化建设的积极性，合理地控制项目范围，实现项目按时验收，最终提高使用科室对信息化建设的满意度。结论：医院信息项目闭环管理体系将改变项目验收遥遥无期的现象，使医院信息化建设可以保质、保量、及时地推进。
