To understand the status of information service access in outpatient department in Beijing tertiary hospitals, observation method was used to collect data. The results indicated that various information services were provided in different ways including traditional way and modern information technology. Tertiary hospitals can learn from each other, combine the service access with content, improving the efficiency and quality of outpatient information services.%旨在了解北京市三甲医院门诊就诊相关信息服务方式现状,主要采用观察法进行资料收集。结果提示,医院根据就诊不同环节信息内容的差异设置了多样化的信息服务方式,包括传统方式和现代信息技术的应用。三甲医院应相互学习和借鉴,并结合患者的需求和习惯,使信息服务内容和方式更好地结合,进一步提升门诊信息服务的效果。
