随着医疗服务能力与质量的提高，如何合理用血成为医院日益突出的问题。近年来，北京协和医院不断探索临床合理用血，针对如何在医院临床信息系统中辅助临床合理用血的规范方面进行了相应的探索和实践，并取得一定效果。阐述了北京协和医院在信息系统中针对合理用血所做的一些工作和经验，并结合系统使用过程中的思考，对合理用血在信息系统中的实现和优化思路进行讨论。%With the improvement of medical service ability and quality, how to reasonably use blood has become a increasingly prominent problem in hospitals. In recent years, Peking Union Medical College Hospital continuously explored the clinical reasonable blood use, correspondingly explored and practiced the specifications about how to assist with the clinical reasonable blood use in the clinical information system of hospitals, and achieved a certain effects. Some work and experience of Peking Union Medical College Hospital for the reasonable blood use in the information system are introduced.
