美国在电子健康信息共享中的隐私保护实践

摘要

针对电子健康信息共享中的隐私保护问题，通过文献及网络调研，总结了美国在卫生信息化环境下隐私保护方面的实践经验，包括设立专门的机构和组织、构建完善的法律体系、普遍实施“知情同意”制度等，为我国卫生信息化建设提供参考。%The USA practices of privacy protection in health informatization is summarized through literature and web research, aiming at privacy protection of electronic health information, which including establishing specialized agencies or organizations, enacting legal system, prevalence of "Consumer Consent" and so on. And the purpose of the paper is to provide references for health informatization of China.
