目的:研究3ds max在医疗器械研发中的应用.方法:应用3ds max多边形建模,设计了集超声刀和吸引器功能于一体的腹腔镜手术器械,并通过动画模拟进行器械使用教学.结果:应用3ds max完成了一体化腹腔镜手术器械关键部位的建模,教学效果满意.结论:3ds max在临床医生与工程技术人员的交流中发挥了桥梁作用,为临床医生进行医疗器械设计提供了一种专业、有效的方式,应用于教学能够帮助学员理解新器械的设计和使用方法.%Objective: To investigate the application of 3ds max in designing medical apparatus. Methods: 3ds max polygon modeling was used to design an integrated laparoscopic surgical instruments, which combines the function of ultrasonic scalpel and suction apparatus. The animation simulation was used during tutoring of the instruments. Results: Key part of the integrated laparoscopic surgical instruments was designed by 3ds max. Satisfaction was achieved during teaching. Conclusion: 3ds max acts as a bridge during the communication between clinicians and engineering technicians, and provides as a professional and useful method for clinicians to develop their own medical apparatus. It can also help the students to understand the designing and usage of the new medical tool.
