cqvip:By analyzing the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of paeonol, selecting the comparatively good test wavelength and separating the appropriate relative flow detergent, the paeonol content in the detergent was measured. By measuring the repeatability, precision and recovery rate, a method for the determination of paeonol in detergent by high performance liquid chromatography was finally established and verified. The experimental results show that the standard solution is linearly correlated between 0.1 and 20 μg ? mL and the recovery rate is 99% to 101%.
