甜瓜坏死斑点病毒研究进展

摘要

Cucumis melo is one of the important Cucurbitaceae in the tropical and temperate regions and also a major eco⁃nomic crop in our country. Melon necrotic spot virus(MNSV)cause significant economic losses in melon. The taxonomic sta⁃tus,characteristics and distribution,analysis of genes and pathogenicity,virus cell-to-cell movement and influence factor of transmission and resistance of MNSV were reviewed. Although there were many researches on MNSV,but there are few re⁃ports on the virus pathogenic mechanism. Therefore,it is necessary to find the host factors related to the virus and reveal the pathogenicity mechanisms of MNSV.%甜瓜（Cucumis melo）是世界上热带和温带地区的一种重要葫芦科作物，也是我国重要的经济作物，甜瓜感染甜瓜坏死斑点病毒（Melon necrotic spot virus，MNSV）会造成重大经济损失。本文对甜瓜坏死斑点病毒的分类地位、特性及发生分布、基因与致病性研究、病毒在细胞间的运动、影响传播因素及抗性研究等进展做一综述。目前，关于该病毒的研究国内外已有不少报道，但病毒致病机制的研究仍在探索，因此揭示其致病机制成为研究该病毒的首要任务，为该病毒的抗性研究奠定基础。
