有机磷农药中毒反跳原因分析及对策

摘要

Objective To investigate the acute organophosphorus pesticide causes and prevention of rebound poisoning.Methods A retrospective analysis of acute organophosphorus pesticide from April 2004 to March 2014 our department treated 31 cases of poisoning clinical data rebound occurred in 386 cases. Results Organophosphorus pesticides not completely clear, late treatment, inadequate maintenance dose or discontinuation fast, did not discover the cause rebound complications arise.Conclusion The rescue process AOPP patient's condition suddenly worsened appeared to be taking into account the disease rebound, rebound are many reasons, clinicians should fully understand these reasons and make a positive response, in order to improve the survival rate of patients with AOPP.%目的：探讨急性有机磷农药中毒发生反跳的原因及防治措施。方法回顾性分析2004年4月～2014年3月我科收治的急性有机磷农药中毒386例中发生反跳的31例临床资料。结果有机磷农药清除不彻底，治疗晚，停药快或维持量不足，未及时发现合并症是反跳出现的原因。结论对AOPP患者的抢救过程中出现病情突然加重应考虑到病情反跳，反跳原因是多方面的，临床医师应充分认识这些原因并作积极应对，以提高AOPP患者的抢救成功率。
