急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸、高敏C-反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平检测的临床分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the levels of Hcy, hs-CRP, D-D and clinical signiifcance in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients as the observation group and 80 cases of healthy outpatients as the control group, testing the levels of three index.ResultsThe levels of Hcy, hs-CRP, D-D of observation group were significantly higher (P<0.05).ConclusionHcy, hs-CRP and D-D closely related to elevated levels of acute cerebral infarction.%目的：探讨急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及D-二聚体（D-D）水平变化及临床意义。方法选择80例脑梗死患者为观察组与同期80例健康查体者（对照组），检测三指标水平。结果观察组三个指标水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 Hcy、hs-CRP及D-D水平上升与急性脑梗死发病具有重要关系。
