舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的干预效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨舒适护理应用于普外科腹腔镜手术中的效果。方法随机抽取66例普外科患者随机分为实验组和参照组，均行腹腔镜手术治疗。参照组给予一般护理，实验组给予舒适护理。结果实验组的下床时间及住院时间少于参照组，并发症发生率低于参照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论舒适护理应用于普外科腹腔镜手术患者的围手术期，能够提高患者的舒适度，加快术后康复。%Objective To investigate the intervention effect of Comfort care in general surgery laparoscopic surgery.Methods Selected 66 cases of general surgery patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group underwent laparoscopic surgery. Reference group was given general care, the experimental group received comfort care.ResultsBed time and the length of stay in the experimental group was less than the reference group, the complication rate was lower than the reference group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Comfortable nursing in the general surgery laparoscopic surgery perioperative, can improve patient comfort, speed up postoperative rehabilitation.
