股骨转子下骨折植入物髓外及髓内固定治疗的规范化操作分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the standard operation of the treatment of the femoral intertrochanteric fracture with the treatment of intramedullary and intramedullary nailing. Methods A random sample of 100 patients with femoral fractures treated in April 2012~November 2014, cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into proximal femoral nail (A group) and intramedullary ifxation (B group), the treatment effect of the two groups were analyzed. Results Patients in group a underwent bleeding volume of bone marrow were more than those in group B, between them the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05) and a group of fracture healing time was signiifcantly less than that of group B, between the difference has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion The need for the treatment of patients with femoral fractures of the bone marrow and intramedullary ifxation for the treatment of standardized operation, in order to enable patients to recover soon.%目的：分析股骨转子下骨折植入物髓外及髓内固定治疗的规范化操作。方法随机抽取2012年4月～2014年11月诊治的100例股骨转子下骨折患者，分为股骨近端髓内钉（A组）和髓外内固定（B组），分析两组的治疗效果。结果 A组术中出血量多于B组，两者间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），同时A组骨折愈合时间少于B组，两者间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论需要对股骨转子下骨折的患者植入物髓外及髓内固定治疗进行规范化操作，才能使患者早日康复。
