目的：常规生化检验的酶转换法对血清同型半胱氨酸的检测分析。方法选取我院临床血清样本开展血清同型半胱氨酸的检测工作，将其检测结果和相应的指标结果进行分析对比。结果本研究采用酶转换法、荧光偏振免疫法以及高效液相色谱法检测，每一种检测方式都得出了线性检测关系式，其相应检测结果值和酶转化法的检测结果值两两对比存在显著差异（P ＜0.05）。结论对血清样本开展血清同型半胱氨酸的检测工作，采用酶转换法有较高的检测准确性，可以保证检测线性范围比较广，检测精度高。%Objective Normal biochemical tests of enzymatic conversion method of serum homocysteine detection analysis. Methods To choose the hospital clinical serum samples of serum homocysteine detection work, the test results and the corresponding measure results are analyzed. Results This study adopts the enzymatic conversion method, fluorescence polarization immunoassay method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to detect, each a way of testing the linear detection equation is obtained, and the corresponding test results and the test results of enzyme catalysis value two contrast exists significant difference (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The serum samples of serum homocysteine detection work, by enzymatic conversion method has high detection accuracy, can be tested to ensure wider linear range and detection precision is high, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
