Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of the symptoms of pruritus in diabetic patients by using traditional Chinese medicine. Methods According to 150 cases of diabetic pruritus patients in our hospital from 2013 to 2014, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and all of them were 75 cases. The control group was treated with basic treatment, milk blood sugar, vitamin, etc., the observation group on the basis of the control group to increase Chinese medicine treatment, compared with the clinical treatment of the two groups. Results The control group and the observation group patients after 20 days of treatment, clinical symptoms were improved in larger observed group, 5 cases were cured, efficiency is 94.67%, control group, 7 cases were cured, efficiency is 78.67%, two groups of the effective rate of treatment and recovery number exists significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic skin pruritus, need treatment, clinical effective rate of the treatment is high, high safety effect is prominent.%目的：研究分析糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症状使用中医治疗的临床效果。方法根据2013～2014年我院的150例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者随机分组为对照组和观察组，均有75例。对照组患者使用基础治疗，乳降血糖、补充维生素等，观察组在对照组基础上增加中药治疗，对比两组的临床治疗情况。结果对照组和观察组患者经过20天的治疗，临床症状均有较大的改善，观察组有5例痊愈，有效率是94.67%，对照组有7例痊愈，有效率是78.67%，两组的治疗有效率以及痊愈人数存在统计学差异性，P ＜0.05。结论使用中医治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症，需要分型治疗，临床治疗有效率高，安全性高，效果突出。
