精神科暴力行为患者的临床护理方法及效果

摘要

Objective To investigate and analysis the effect on nursing work of patients with mental violence. Methods Selected 52 cases of patients with psychosis from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were analysis, divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 26 cases, the control group took the routine nursing care, the observation group took the violence control nursing, compared two groups of patients with violence for the occurrence. Results The incidence of violent behavior in the control group was 19.23%higher than the observation group,χ2=6.251, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Violence in psychiatric patients are more common, for the use of this kind of patient care control to make the odds of violence reduces, the patient's life safety has the very big security, but also to let the doctor-patient relationship more harmonious.%目的：探讨分析进行精神科暴力行为患者的护理工作及效果。方法对2013年1月~2014年1月我院的52例精神病患者进行了研究分析，将这些患者为对照组和观察组，每组26例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取暴力行为控制护理，对比两组患者的暴力行为发生情况。结果对照组患者发生暴力行为率42.31%高于观察组患者19.23%，χ2=6.251，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论精神科患者的暴力行为比较常见，对于这类患者使用控制护理，能够让其发生暴力的几率降低，对患者的生命安全具有保障，也能够让医患关系更加和谐。
