微创穿刺碎吸术治疗脑出血颅内血肿的临床观察

摘要

目的：对探讨临床上脑出血颅内血肿患者采用微创穿刺碎吸术治疗的方法和成效。方法选取2013年1月～2014年1月在我院治疗的脑出血颅内血肿患者86例作为研究对象,并根据治疗手段的不同将其分为对照组（保守疗法）和观察组（微创穿刺碎吸术）,对照组40例，观察组46例。观察对比两组患者的治疗有效率、治疗费用及其住院时间。结果观察组在各项观察指标上均优于对照组, P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论临床上对脑出血颅内血肿患者采用微创穿刺碎吸术治疗具有费用低、恢复快、效果好的特点。%Objective To explore the clinical treatment methods and results intracerebral hematoma in patients with minimally invasive aspiration. Methods Selected 86 cases with intracerebral hematoma from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital as object, and according to different treatments were divided into the control group (conservative therapy) and the observation group (minimally invasive needle aspiration), the control group had 40 cases and the observation group had 46 cases, compared two groups of treatment efifciency, treatment costs and hospital stay. Results The observation group were better than the control group in observed indices, P<0.05 had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Patients with intracerebral hematoma aspiration minimally invasive treatment have low-cost, quick recovery and good effect in clinical.
