护理实习生临床带教中存在的问题及对策

         

摘要

目的:探讨护理实习生临床带教中存在的问题及相应对策。方法选取在我院进行护理实习的68名学生,将其作为本组试验的研究对象,采取随机性的方法,将其分为A1组和A2组,每组例34名护理实习生,给予A2组护理实习生常规带教管理,给予A1组护理实习学生综合性的带教管理,对两组实习生理论成绩、操作成绩进行比较,并做统计学分析。结果通过对两组实习生不同的带教管理,A1组实习生的理论成绩和操作成绩均较高,与A2组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。同时患者对A1组实习生的满意度较高,与A2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.531,P<0.05)。结论加强对护理实习生的管理,重视提高其素质教育,能够有效提高临床带教老师自身素质和业务水平,提高护理实习生的教学质量。%Objective To estudy the clinical teaching in nursing problems and corresponding countermeasures. Methods Select 68 students in our hospital for nursing practice, as the research object of this test, it adopts the method of random, it can be divided into A1 and A2 group, scores of two groups of interns theory, operation results, and make statistical analysis. Results The two groups of different teaching management intern, interns theory result and operation result of A1 group were higher, compared with A2 group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion It strengthen the management of nursing interns, can effectively improve the level of clinical teaching teacher own quality and business, improve the teaching quality of nursing.
