目的：探究重症肺炎患者诊断与治疗中应用肺部感染评分的临床价值。方法选取本院2012年7月~2016年4月收治的15例重症肺炎患者，分为实验组与对照组，实验组7例，对照组8例，对照组采用抗生素药物治疗，实验组在此基础上应用肺部感染评分，对比两组患者治疗效果与抗生素使用时间、住院时间、治疗费用。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率85.7%，对照组50.0%，实验组总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），实验组抗生素应用时间、住院时间、住院费用低于对照组，两组对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论重症肺炎诊断、治疗中应用肺部感染评分作用显著，缩短了治疗周期，减少了误诊与诊断不及时的情况。%Objective To explore the clinical value of pulmonary infectionscore in diagnosis and treatment of patients with severe pneumonia. Methods 15 cases of severe pneumonia patients in our hospital from July 2012 to April 2016, were divided into experimental group and control group, 7 cases in the experimental group, 8 cases in the control group, the control group using antibiotic therapy, the experimental group based on the application of pulmonary infection score, contrast the effect of two groups of patients with antibiotics, hospitalization time, time the cost of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.7%, the control group was 50.0%, the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the experimental group antibiotic application time, hospital stay, hospital costs were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of severe pneumonia, pulmonary infection score was used to shorten the treatment period and reduce the misdiagnosis and diagnosis.
