盐酸氨溴索口服溶液治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征临床应用意义探究

Objective To explore the massage comfortable signiifcance of clinical application of treating neonatal meconium inhaled syndrome. Methods70 cases were randomly in newborn infants with meconium aspiration syndrome. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases of patients in the control group only received routine treatment, the patients in the experimental group, based on routine treatment long given mucosolvan in treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical trials in on neonatal meconium inhalation comprehensive syndrome in the treatment of children and ambroxol adjuvant therapy has remarkable curative effect.%目的：探究盐酸氨溴索口服溶液治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的临床应用意义。方法随机将70例新生儿胎粪吸入综合征患儿分成对照组和实验组，40例对照组患儿仅给予临床常规治疗，实验组患儿则在常规治疗的基础长给予盐酸氨溴索口服溶液治疗。结果实验组患儿的临床治疗总有效率优于对照组患儿（P＜0.05）。结论临床中在对新生儿胎粪吸入综合征患儿进行治疗时，应用盐酸氨溴索口服溶液辅助治疗具有比较显著的临床疗效。
