目的：探讨后腹腔镜根治性肾切除术治疗局限性肾癌的疗效及并发症情况。方法选取2011年3月~2015年3月我院的60例局限性肾癌患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者给予开放性肾切除术治疗，观察组给予后腹腔镜根治性肾切除术治疗，比较两组治疗后的效果。结果术后观察组患者的白细胞水平以及CRP水平和术后并发症低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论后腹腔镜根治性肾切除术治疗局限性肾癌效果明显，能降低患者术后的并发症。%Objective To explore the retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in the treatment of the curative effect and complications of localized renal cell carcinoma.Methods From March 2011 to March 2015, 60 patients with localized renal cell carcinoma in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group. The control group were treated with open nephrectomy, The observation group were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. The effect of the two groups was compared after treatment.Results The white blood cell level, CRP level and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionRetroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for localized renal cell carcinoma has obvious effect, signiifcantly reduced in patients with postoperative complications.
