个性化护理在癌症患者化疗期间PICC置管中的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of personalized nursingfor patients with PICC catheter during cancer chemotherapy.Methods 100 cases of cancer patients with PICC catheter admitted to our hospital who undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, compared two groups of patients with PICC catheter blockage rate.Results The incidence rate of PICC in the observation group was 8%, the control group was 20%, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). ConclusionPersonalized nursing is helpful to reduce PICC plugging pipe incidence, extend the PICC tube, effectively improve the efifcacy of treatment.%目的：探讨个性化护理在癌症化疗患者PICC置管中的效果。方法将我院收治的100例PICC置管的癌症化疗患者随机分成两组，比较两组患者PICC堵管的出现率。结果观察组的PICC堵管出现率为8.0%，对照组的堵管出现率为20.0%，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论个性化护理有利于降低PICC堵管的发生率，延长PICC置管的时间，有效提高了治疗疾病的疗效。
