目的：研究前列地尔加贝那普利联合丹芪汤加中药灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效。方法选择我院糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者38例，随机分成两组，每组19例。对照组采用前列地尔加贝那普利治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上联合丹芪汤加中药灌肠治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组的24小时的尿蛋白、24小时的尿微白蛋白、血肌酐的排泄量低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论前列地尔加贝那普利联合丹芪汤加中药灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿效果显著。%Objective To study the efficacy of alprostadil and benazepril combined with Danqi decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria. Methods 38 cases of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria in our hospital were divided randomly into two groups, 19 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprostadil and benazepril, experimental group was treated with Danqi decoction treatment on the basis of the control group, the treatment effect was observed between the two groups.Results The 24-hour urine protein, 24-hour urinary micro albumin and serum creatinine excretion of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusions Alprostadil and benazepril combined with Danqi decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria has signiifcant effect.
