中药熏蒸配合牵引及手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床效果观察

摘要

目的：评价中药熏蒸配合牵引及手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床效果。方法将我院2013年5月～2015年4月收治的200例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分组为对照组和观察组，各100例，对照组采用牵引及手法治疗，观察组采用熏蒸配合牵引及手法治疗，并观察各组患者的总有效率。结果对照组神经根型颈椎病患者总有效率为66.00%。观察组总有效率为91.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中药熏蒸配合牵引及手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床效果显著。%Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with traction and manipulation in the treatment of nerve-root type.cervical spondylosis.MethodsFrom May 2013 to April 2015, 200 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 100 cases in each group. The control group were treated by traction technique, observation group received fumigation with traction and manipulation treatment, and to observe the total effective rate of two groups.Results the total effective rate of the control group was 66.00%. The total effective rate of observation group was 91.00%. The difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of chinese medicine fumigation with traction and massage on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type was signiifcant.
