MRI成像优化组合序列在乳腺病变临床诊断中的应用分析

摘要

目的：研究分析MRI成像优化组合序列在乳腺病变临床诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2014年9月～2015年10月我院收治的60例乳腺病变患者，随机分成2组。其中30例为对照组，采用常规方式进行诊断；30例为观察组，应用MRI成像优化组合序列方式进行诊断。统计对比2组患者乳腺病变疾病的检出率、敏感度以及准确率。结果观察组患者乳腺病变疾病诊断的敏感度、检出率以及准确率均高于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在乳腺病变疾病的诊断中，MRI成像优化组合序列方式的诊断敏感度、检出率以及准确性更高，是一种安全、有效、无创的诊断方式。%Objective Study the effect of MRI imaging in the clinical diagnosis of breast lesions.Methods From September 2014 to October 2015, 60 cases of breast lesions in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the control group received a conventional manner for diagnosis, 30 cases in the observation group received MRI imaging sequence mode optimal combination for diagnosis. Statistical comparison was conducted in the two groups of patients about disease detection rate of breast lesions, the sensitivity and accuracy.Results Breast lesions diagnosis sensitivity and the detection rate in observation group were signiifcantly higher than control group, the difference had statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of breast lesions, the diagnostic sensitivity, detection rate and accuracy of MRI imaging optimal combination of sequence mode are higher, it is a safe, effective, non-invasive diagnostic modality.
