老年患者口腔修复情况的临床分析

摘要

目的：针对临床老年患者口腔修复方法及疗效进行较深入地探讨。方法分析研究2013年1月～2014年1月29例老年实施口腔修复治疗患者的有关资料。结果需修复活动义齿的23例患者，患者平均有6.9颗缺失牙齿，修复固定义齿患者27例。口腔修复前15例患者为食物嵌塞，颌骨间不佳咬合19例患者，在口腔修复中有22例患者需咬合重建或抬高。结论活动义齿修复是老年患者的主要修复口腔措施，老年患者口腔修复治理关键是抬高、咬合重建、避免嵌塞食物及牙周疾病治疗。%Objective To explore the method and curative effect of oral cavity repair in elderly patients.Methods 29 cases of elderly patients with oral repair were collected during the period from January 2013 to January 2014.Results There were 23 patients with 6.9 missing teeth, 27 patients with ifxed partial denture. Before prosthetic restoration in 15 patients for food impaction, jaws poor occlusion of 19 patients, in oral repair with 22 patients need occlusal reconstruction or elevation.ConclusionThe elderly patients with primary repair of oral measures of removable partial denture, elderly patients with oral cavity repair and control key is elevation, occlusal reconstruction, avoid food impaction and treatment of periodontal disease.
